You have 60 days from the date of delivery to try the Govenci Easy Curler on your own hair, in your own bathroom, with the tools and hairspray you already use.
If at any point during those 60 days it isn't the easiest curl of your life, you may return it for a full refund.

Who Is Eligible for a Return?
You are eligible for a return if:
- Your request is made within 60 days of delivery
- The product was purchased directly from Govenci.com
- The product has been used under normal conditions
We understand this is a tool meant to be tried on real hair, on real mornings — normal use is expected.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple:

- Include your order number and a brief note about your experience
- Our team will send you a prepaid return label and guide you through the rest
Once your return is received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received
